The winners of all prizes are determined by random draw. One valid entry per month per entrant is allowed for this competition. Additional entries will result in disqualification.

All information will be kept confidential - we do not transfer or resell our marketing databases to other organizations for use in their online or direct mail marketing campaigns.

Neither Capital Casino nor any of their employees makes any warranty, express or implied, or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product, or process disclosed, or represents that its use would not infringe privately-owned rights. Reference herein to any specific commercial product, process, or service by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, or otherwise does not necessarily constitute or imply its endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by Capital Casino or any agency thereof. The views and opinions expressed herein do not necessarily state or reflect those of Capital Casino.

Employees, officers and directors of Capital Casino, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for entry. The same shall apply to the direct families of such persons.

All of your contest entries will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Capital Casino, if you attempt to disrupt the contest or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Capital Casino reserves the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention in a manner, determined solely by Capital Casino, that is fair and equitable to contest participants.

Odds of winning each prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the drawing. The winner will be notified by e-mail. Winners will have up to 14 days from the date of attempted notification to respond to the notification. Capital Casino is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner of each draw.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return a completed and executed affidavit and release as required, an alternate winner will be selected.

The winner consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for publicity and commercial purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By accepting any competition prize(s), the winner agrees to the use of his/her first name and last name initial (e.g. John W) by the casino in any announcements concerning such competition results. The winner waives any rights he/she might have in respect of remuneration or reward (in any form) for such announcements. Notwithstanding this, the casino shall at all times endeavor to protect the privacy of winners' personal details.

Capital Casino's appointed auditors will examine competition results.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of Capital Casino's Casino Manager shall be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entertained. Should a prizewinner choose to do so, a cash prize instead may be negotiated with casino management.
