No charges are levied for withdrawing money using a credit card. Cash-ins are usually refunded against your original credit card purchases. However, our e-cash merchant may elect to honor cash-ins in the form of a Direct Bank Transfer (ACH) or check. Refunds appear in your account up to five business days after cash-ins, subject to additional bank processing times.

Please Note: Cashins to credit cards are in accordance to banking legislation. As much of the original credit card purchase will be transfered as possible.

ACH - Direct Back Transfer

This method carries no charge, but is only available to Players who have accounts with banks in the United States. If you wish to use a Direct Bank Transfer, you need to click here and complete the required form. Your bank account will be credited as soon as the transferred funds are accepted and cleared by your bank. Due to bank processing time this usually takes up to 8 business days. There are no charges levied for this method, but you MUST be a signatory to the account in order to utilize this system.

In order to protect you and ensure that your cash-in's are even more safe and secure you will be required to supply the following if using this option when receiving your winnings:

When you request this payment option, a check will be couriered to the address you specify. Please remember to include your contact telephone number so the courier can confirm a delivery time. Check by Regular Mail

There are no charges for a check sent by regular mail although delivery may take up to 21 business days, depending on your location. You will need to complete the form by clicking here.

The Casino's Reverse Cash - Ins

Within 48 hours of cashing in, you have the option of reversing your money back into your gaming account to continue playing!

Here's how you do it:

Log onto the Casino with your User name and Password.
Click on the Bank button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
A screen will appear as an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM).
The screen will then offer you the following options...

Purchase
Cash-In
Reverse Cash-In
Add Credit Card
Back

Select the 'Reverse Cash-In' option.
You will then be prompted to select an Amount you have already cashed in.
Click on the relevant Amount and confirm the Amount you selected to reverse.
Select Yes and your revised Credit Balance will increase by the amount you selected to reverse!

Processing Time

Please note:
When you hit the CASH-IN button on the Casino software, your pay-out will be processed by us within 48 hours. Further bank processing time may, however, delay amounts showing up on your account statement for up to 4 business days.

If you wish to reverse your cash-ins, it must be done within 48 hours of your last cash-in.
